Try the Awning Outlet in Florida until the beginning of June, they move the

I needed parts (spring mechanism and end caps) for my 1979 awning. They
shipped UPS and it was 1/2 the price of any local supplier. I used them
about 2 years ago & hope they are still in business. They spent time
explaining the "tricks" to make the installation easy (using vise grips to
hold the tension on the springs while inserting the spline in the track on
the side of the trailer. Also, spray the track and spleen with WD-40). I was
able to pull the awning through with one hand and hold the vise grips with
the other. I had my awning up a out in NO-TIME.
