$3800to $4000  is what I pair for the (silver Albatross) It Had to have the 
bathroom floor replaced and rot treated in other places one thing lead to 
another and by now I have spent several thousand of dollars and an untold 
amount of labor I now find it has not appreciated any in value . The best 
offer I have received has been u$5000. Dont pay too much for your whistle
