Nick,
I found the same phenomenom you did. I had no leaks till a week ago after we
had a driving rain that hit my 66 Trade Wind from the curbside. Found water
in the window sill. I looked at the caulking at the sides of the fixed pane
by the door and found hairline cracks in the sealant used to attach the
aluminum brackets that the window is sealed to. Time to pick and caulk.
Although It may be time to call Captain Trolley.
