Anthony,
I just bought a no-name brand vent cover for my 1971. I have to extend the
brackets that rivit to it a bit but it looks like it will work.  Mine has
two brackets,8" apart that attach to the inside opreating arms. They are
held together with  a spring and two bolts on either side. I plan to fit
weatherstrip to the closing edge to make it weather tite.  I'll let you know
how it turns out.
