[VAC] blinds or drapes ?

Hi...

Has anyone come up with a really good solution for
attaching blinds, especially to the bottoms of the
windows - since the windows are slightly slanted from
vertical ???  I mean, you have to connect them at the
bottom with something or they won't give enough
privacy...   Do lots of people have them ? 

I'd like to try them, rather than drapes.
