[VAC] Window Operators

Worked this weekend on the windows  - last exterior thing before
polishing.  Replaced all the weather-stripping with the gray stuff from
Wal-mart that's been discussed; replaced the window pane retainer strips
with the parts from Hehr; welded one broken frame (didn't know it was
broken till I removed it), removed the glass panes and replaced the
black mastic glazing ; removed and repainted the latches, and for the
first time, really noticed how bad of shape the Casement window
operators are in.  Almost every one has the gear teeth mashed over -
stupid soft potmetal just didn't hold up over the years.  

Any one have ideas on replacements?  See below for image:

What about the little nylon slides that attach to the arms and go in the
window pane track? See below:

I now have some great looking windows, but half of them won't open, and
the other half are limping along.  The Blaine website has some, but none
in a direct equivalent.
