Michael,

I haven't heard you say, "No sale" yet, so I'll 
stay with the thread and offer encouragement.

After you get the Vulkem and begin to caulk 
seams (hopefully getting rid of leaks), 
it helps to use a nut pick (from a nut cracker 
set) to clean out the old caulk before applying 
new caulk. 

You'll start on the roof so go ahead and scrape
the vent areas and caulk them, too. By the time
you have finished caulking everything, you'll
be on a first name basis with all the panels
and will know if you want anything further 
to do with being upclose and personal with
this old gal. Don't be surprised if she has 
seduced you by then and your emotions begin 
to take over the logical part of your brain.
