hello jay from Joe Campbell and his 1956 if your wheels are original type 
like mine they are the split ring type.(don,t mess with them) these wheels 
have been known to hurt or even kill people not knowing how to handle them. a 
careful eye and a tire cage are needed when inflating the newer wheels up to 
i know 75 May still have the clips for the original hub cap. also early 
chevy/gmc. wheels are the same. hope this helps
