[VAC] rear light wiring question

Hey everybody,

I finally found the big round signal stat lights to replace my rear
lights  - they even fit the original holes. They're nice looking and are
well insulated from moisture.

The new lights have one 2 filament bulb with a black wire, a red wire
and ground wire (also black). The old lights had a two filament bulb
with a red and a green wire and then another single filament bulb with a
yellow wire.

Any suggestions on wiring and what was the other bulb? Is it necessary?
