Dear Roy,
	Since I will be living on a bluff overlooking the Pacific in Oceanside, I
am particularly concerned about somehow sealing the finish after cleaning
and stripping.  If I do not clear coat, do you think the Walbernize Seal and
Glaze be sufficient protection if reapplied annually?
