Annie,

I'd get a roll of heavy craft paper, large enough to reach from the
joint you'll be replacing to, to the wall you want to match, then up
said wall about 6" at the longest dimension.  Tack to whatever wood is
left and cut with scissors and an Exacto knife at the wall line.  Fit
this template to your new plywood.  Figure how much you'll need to tuck
under the wall between the shell and framing, and add that much to the
outside of the template by measuring and marking with wire nails or
brads every 6" or so.  Take a thin lath or old doorstop molding, or
similar flexible wood or metal piece, fit it snugly against the
measuring pins and trace.  That should give you a fair curve to cut to.
