I think it translates as:
JO = Jackson Center, OH plant
22 = 22'
65 = 1965 model year
47 = 47th sequence #

I have seen the layout with streetside refrigerator before in
Globetrotters and Safari's.  Kind of gives separation between the
forward and streetside gauchos when both are occupied - nice idea.

Take care of the window lifters and the glass windows - they are hard to repair/replace.
