[VAC] Re: Floor tile removal

Just finished taking up the tile on our 62 Globetrotter and discovered by 
accident one of the better asphalt and glue removers.  The Top portion of the 
tile came off  pretty easy, and then we tried asphalt remover which did some, 
but Joanie accidentally discovered something.  I had gone into the trailer 
earlier with an adult beverage consisting of scotch and water, and 
accidentally spilled about one half on some tile.  It sat there for 15 
minutes or more, and Joanie came in to start removal and asked what was 
spilled on the floor.  I of course, said just water.  She said Look what it 
is doing!  The stuff was coming off very easy, so we continued with more 
plain water (no sense wasting the other), and darned if it didn't dilute it 
and made it easy to remove.  A little at a time, but if you scored the stuff, 
it sank in faster.  Anyway It worked for us.  Hope to have it all done for 
Bismarck.
