I have to agree. My '56 Bubble  got a new axle, completed with electric
brakes, three wheels and labor for 500.  Check out the businesses that sell
trailers (horse trailers, covered trailers, etc).  These people usually
know about breaks and braking system and are not the rip offs that many RV
dealers are with their $60. per hour labor and 2 hr minimums.
