If you must have wood heat, there are wood stoves made 
that use outside air for combustion.  You would have to 
do some looking, and the stove would not be cheap, but 
with proper venting, it would warm the Airstream and no 
combustion air or vent gases would be in your living 
space.

The wood pellet stove is another (and I think better) 
option that would work well since most of them are 
supplied with an outside air vent.  They are very 
efficient and easy to control output.  Also, since they 
are forced draft, there would be no need to install a 
chimney, just two vents in the side of the trailer; one 
in, one out.
