Ken,
 Most of those jacks are more-properly called "stabilizer jacks", as
their ability to actually correct an out-of-level condition is quite
limited. Their main purpose is to make the trailer more solid while
walking around; leveling is done with boards and the tounge jack.

Mine has the "Bal" one-legged jacks, dunno if they were OEM or not.
