One of my other mailing lists is all agog about "SUPER CLEAN" but I'm
not so sure I want to use it. One of the ingredients admitted is lye,
known as Sodium Hydroxide. Lye etches aluminum, and eats skin. Might be
as effective as an acid dip for cleaning, but I'm not yet convinced I
want anything cleaned past the surface layer.
