If just a small area needs touching up (like over the door, and the on the side by the pull-out bed), is the base coat applied over the existing paint and the areas where it appears to have separated? I'm very glad to know what this type of paint is called, where to buy it, etc. thanks for the information -- Sissy '61 Bambi
