[VAC] floor repair

Hi,  I'm a new member "friend" to VAC.  My name is Max Miller and I'm
from Waterloo, Iowa. I've recently purchased a 20' 1969 Globetrotter.  I
have it pretty well gutted and need to do some floor repair.  Bud Cooper
in FAQ mentions a paper about floor repair.  Can someone tell me how I
can get a copy and can it be accessed via the internet.  Thanks for your
help.  Max
