Lubricate the pull up handle.  Try a little WD40 to loosen it up and then 
give it a bit heavy oil when you have it working freely.   There should 
be an opening on your electric lift in which to  insert the crank 
however, some models  require you take of the top of unit to fit the 
crank.  Someother can help, special if you name the type of electric lift 
and year of it or the trailer.
