It sounds like you might be needing the wheel bearing "dust covers".
Baby moons attach to the rim. However, if you mean that you want baby moons
that go over the dust covers.........attach to the wheel rim itself...............
but only cover the center of the rim and not the whole rim............
then yes, you want baby moons.
