I'm no expert on mold spores, but fungal spores and any other spores by
definition I'm sure are microscopic and in the air we breathe all the time,
depending on season and the place you are in.  They only germinate and
produce the visible growth when the biological conditions of the
environment - in this case a damp unventilated corner of a trailer - are
right for their biology.  I am sure someone else reading will be better
qualified to answer this, but I expect it is a chemical the mould growth
produces, not the spores that you are sensitive too.
Did you see the Boston press Ad posted a few days ago here on Airstreams
being refurbished for people with sensitive allergies?  I suggest you
contact the company concerned, who sound to have expert knowledge of this.
