Vinyl, textured wallpaper. That's a new one to me.
I think that the interior should be vinyl sheets, riveted to the frame. Usually
the complaint is that it becomes sticky to the touch. I suppose that you could
paint it, but I have yet at see a paint job that looked REALLY good. Unless it
is something that you really hate, I would leave it alone, but that is just my
opinion. The opinion that counts is yours!
