[VAC] statpower 20 vs 40

Several months ago, I believe Motorhome, did a story on a 20 amp
statpower.  They used to think a 20 was too small, but they had VERY
good results with the 20.  Did not think a 40 was needed anymore, even
for a motorhome, which generally uses a bigger convertor than a trailer.
