Joe,

Seven panels, front battery box, style of wheel wells,
springs,............sure sounds like a '59 to me as well. In 1964 all of
these things would be different. This wouldn't be the first time paper work
was messed up.
Hopefully someone with more knowledge of serial #'s can tell you more.
Sounds like you've got a great unit!!
