Anyone having problems with tracing leaks,  try Captain Tolley's Creeping
Crack Cure, which is a thin sealer which uses capillary action to seal hard
to find leaks, and can be obtained from hardware stores and boating places.
Gets into places where caulking can't penetrate, you can caulk over the top
of it for a belt and braces job.
