Going through the papers in this trailer has an original owners manual. Also a 6 page typed letter from the Original Dealer, Johnson Trailer Sales, Seattle, WA. to the new customer (no name)Came with a built in vac, that appears to be missing. The refrig hole was made into some funky shelves. The E-Z AWN arms are there but no canvas. All the overhead interior is intact, galley cabinets, sink really good. The bath vent needs work. Has a working 1yo Coleman AC unit. Magic Chef stove. Missing vent over stove. Needs a water heater. Shower and toilet were being used up to the week before, when the hot water quit. Floor really soft in places. Tongue jack no good (is hydraulic) Outside dent in left rear real low, bumper pushed into it. Trim around wheel wells missing. Looks to have been a twin bed, made into a permanent double bed and shelves. Very hard to get around it. Easily fixed. No broken glass. Plugged in to tow home, one clearance light didn't light. One center back up light lens broke. Guess it's been sitting since 1995, was hooked up to sewer and heated, and sometimes lived in, a day here and there. Wife likes it, or the potential, we'll see if she says that in a month or so. Yard is getting full fast!
