[SilverStreak] running on a single axle

Well, I appreciate Eddie's description of this jacking up the wheel-less
axle. I am afraid that I cannot yet picture how chaining works.

I had a problem two years ago when a spring broke on my rear axle, right
side. Had to pull off the wheel and wedged in some 4x4 into the front
half of the pivoting thingie. I did not think to duct tape it and about
two miles later the brake plate was dragging.

A truck driver stopped and told me to chain up the rear axle but I
could not find any place to chain it to.

Later I discovered that the owners manual describes this wooden block
method of jacking down the axle with working tires. Duh, how about
reading the freaking manual, huh?
