Re: [SilverStreak] SS sabre logo casting



I don't know about powdercoating.  The logos themselves will come back a 
little rough on the surface.  That was not a problem however, as the spray 
paint I used filled everything in.

With my Streamline logos, I tried spraypainting them with regular rattlecan 
spraypaint from Home Depot.  That didn't work too well, as the paint wore 
off with the friction of the wind just going down the highway.

I solved the problem by getting some model car spray paint from a model 
shop.  It has withstood the winds now for a number of years.  The paint 
comes in a small spray can and is a little on the pricey side, but it does 
work.
