You may also consider how much rear drag in and out of parking lots. Boy 
that's a dilemma. I can see the "want" for the scooter. It must be somewhat 
heavy too, at least 300-400 pounds. The frame is strong and can stand the 
weight, but that far back is definitely going to really change the tongue 
weight like a fulcrum.
