My 1972 Silver Streak has a "Deadbolt", but I believe it was installed
after the trailer was delivered.  DON'T trust the normal door latch.
I always use the Deadbolt, and now I even tie-off the door handle to
the hand grip next to it, when I'm "On The Road".  I'll keep doing
that even after I have the new Stainless Steel Hinges" on.

Does every later SS have a deadbolt in addition to the Bargman latch
lock? My '79's door has a Kwikset stainless deadbolt with a 1" bolt
extension into the door jamb.
I would not trust the latch lock alone since my SS has a "suicide"
door.
