Well thanks Darin,
I forgot to say put those canned goods down in the lower cabinet or just 
leave in the sacks forward on the floor until at the camp site. How many 12 
to 16 ounce cans beating up and down in an overhead convenient cabinet does 
it take to beat the cabinet loose?

Let's see.....10 cans equals 10 pounds. That's a 10 pound sledge hammer in a 
cabinet! It will mess up even the strongest cabinet.
