RE: [SilverStreak] Everbrite finish review

My first questions months ago is long past.
My most recent is I was trying to find out what the little alum box on
the inside of the right side about 4' up . It is between the door and
the right front window. It looks like a large pack of cigs with no top?
It is on my 1950 22' Clipper.
