One trailer we bought has an electric wall heater in the wall by the fridge, 
its seems to work very well.  However, I would be VERY concerned about it 
with a child in the RV.  It's a heater with a grill but small hands could be 
put on it or a child or pet could fall against it.  For adults no problem 
but not for little ones for sure.
