Our '79 Supreme Saturn pressurizes the water tank. That's why it's 
metal: to withstand the pressure.
It is necessary to vent the air pressure before opening the fill cap.

Our tank is stainless steel. Others are galvanized steel and 
eventually rust out. Though I like the pressurized system, I wouldn't 
get a new metal tank if I ever needed one. I'd go with HDPE and 
convert to a demand pump.
