[SilverStreak] putting the springs over the axles

To the group. When I dropped off one of my tires to get it fixed at the local
garage, alignment center, tire patching and general fix anything that rolls
place I asked them about moving the springs to the top of the axles on our
1969 Sabre, 19 foot. He said he has done it before, it takes at the minimum 2
hours (130.00 bucks) and he can do it Wednesday. So, I will let you all know
how it goes.
