[SilverStreak] Western Wheel Lug nut torque spec

All I can find in any SS manual about tightening the wheel lugs is to not
over tighten the lug nuts on the original 6 lug Western Wheel cast aluminum
wheels. I like to be more careful and use a torque wrench, most of the time
aluminum wheels call for about 110 ft-lbs, is that to much for these wheels?

Also, has anyone found direct fit replacement center caps? They are a weird
size from what is normally available.
