The name of the company here in SLC that has the very extensive selection of
trailer/commercial truck lights is "Fleet-Lite", and as far as we can tell,
they do not have a website.  However, their phone number is 801-973-0811.
We replaced all of our marker lights, and had absolutely no trouble finding
the amber lights at Fleet-Lite.  I would have to go measure them to know if
they are the smaller- or larger diameter, but they look exactly the same as
the originals we replaced them with.  The staff at Fleet-Lite is VERY
knowledgeable and helpful, and I'm sure they'd be able to help you out if
you called them.
