The sign doesn't say $6500.. it says 6500 OBO RD.  This was the previous 
owners address and they had the telephone number on it. There are no soft 
spots in the floor. I have taken out all of the old floor covering and 
inspected the floor thropughout and it has not rot, soft spots, etc. i 
also replace all of the old floor covering with new as follows:
   
    Front living space new high quality short nap tan carpeting,
  Kitchen / Dining - Redoak flooring (beautiful)
  Sleeping area- same carpet at front living space
  Bathroom - custom linoleum 12"x12" tile to match orginal vanity colors.
   
  I also hade a new microwave custom built by MagicChef to match the 
original stove/oven and refrig.
   
  New Full/Queen Mattress made for the bed.
   
  Everything else is in excellent condition and operates perfectly. Before 
I purchased the trailer the owners had it stored for more than 15 years inside 
a heated and cement floored steel building. I also store it inside during the 
winter.
