Travis,

I have been told the "rule of thumb" is 10% of trailer weight should be tongue
weight and trailer level front and rear to road way. I found with our 32' that
a weight distributing hitch and a friction type anti-sway device really helped
keep it in line on the road. I am not sure if these would be needed for your
19' though the anti-sway would probably be beneficial to any trailer.
