Had a late 50's SS Jet years ago in Tucson-- we so lament that loss ( and the Rv appreciation so common to our western roots). Love your site :o

Hi,discovered Streamline rv? 1965-67 on pink slip with non op.

Very good condition for its age complete for the most part down to the gas caps etc.

It was going to be lean sale and or for scrap the yard owner told me.I bought it off of a couple of very young men who had all papers and the story( Hollywood dressing room for movie stars ) check out back to a Mr. John Ryan.

5,000.00 vs a newer rv ? that is not exactly what I wanted to work on or look at for how many years?...now 7,000.00 this includes the 16.5 set of new tires ouch!
Anyway,I am not that old 42 or so...last running tagged in 2011..... It certainly would be great to have some good ol boys on my side.

I will be getting ready to drain the feul and check systems before attempting to pull out.

Jaysen

Hi Tom,

Thanks for the info , it has helped me enjoy our 1963 Empress total makeover (body on).

Ours is not a restore project but reimagined with yacht quality upgrades on most everything. they sure take a lot of time to do right!

Maybe see you down the road.

Cheers!
