If left exposed, maybe. 8^)

Some people park their tow vehicles in a garage (which has it's owndown side.
more on that) which can reduce UV exposure. Trailers tend to sit stillmuch
more than tow vehicles Since UV exposure reduces tire life, any amountof
protection will increase the live of those tires that much more.

Now back to the garage.

If you have a fridge or freezer running in your garage they let offozone which
is also hard on rubber. It's in the air anyway, but the combinationof an
enclosed space with an appliance putting even more of it into thatspace will
only aggravate the effect. Spare hoses and belts should always be keptin
plastic bags as well as those snow tires your about to pull off andshove up
into the rafters again.

The real key to this whole deal is to keep moving and wear out the treadbefore
you have to worry about rot.
