I understand UV is not such a problem as the effect of ozone (O3+) onartificial
rubber. All trailer tires will rot off long before wearing significantlyunless
you have a serious axle or bearing problem. Low air will also causeexcessive
heat and wear. After towing the first half hour or so I make it a pointstop and
to check all the trailer tires and bearings for heat build up. Boattrailers
are good training for real towing.
