I've seen it done both ways. My 31 footer has one on that side thatruns the
full length. It's not a full depth. Just a couple feet. Enough to shadethe
windows and fridge.

I've also seen ones with two. I think that was for one with a rear bedroom.
But I would think that having just one set of outriggers would be simpilerand
probably cheaper than two.
