Hi Chuck,

I sat in our trailer yesterday when it was pouring down rain and I was
having major leaks through the door.

So today, I removed the rail, and backed it with 3/4 inch wide, 1/2 inch
waterproof foam strip, then screwed the rail back and then caulked the
top of the rail using Vulkem. The rail originally had some kind of
weatherstripping on it, but it was torn and completely compressed.
