Hi Chuck,

I have a 1963 Overlander with the same problem, but all I did was calk the rain
gutter above the door. This solved the problem without replacing the door
gasket or doing any adjustment. Just do not use silicone, use Parbond aluminum
seal or some of the other non-silicone sealing materials.
