Eddie,

Do you travel exclusively solo? If so and you don't take long really hot 
showers I'm sure that you will find a 6 gallon heater adequate. If, say, 
both you and the wife like to take showers in the evening then I would 
suggest the 10 gallon heater so you won't have to wait between showers.. If 
you prefer a bath instead of a shower go with the 10 gallon heater. If you 
have a teenaged daughter then you might need two 10 gallon heaters :-)
