Few Airstream dealers are capable of re-skinning, and your windows are
no longer available.
You might get this done by someone who makes repairs to airplanes, but
you need to be sure that they use the right aluminum.
You need to go to one of the outfits recommended.
I'm also afraid that the repairs will cost more than the trailer is
worth, before you commit to this, do some homework on line for prices
of a similar trailer that is ready to go. And get an estimate.
