[VAL] Re: Teflon dry film lubricant

I haven't used it for that, but that's the kind of thing it's good for.

Be careful not to use too much.  It goes on pretty runny and if you get 
too much it leaves kind of a waxy build up.  I think I would try 
squirting some on a cloth and just wiping it on the track.  It doesn't 
take much.
