For internet, look into Verizon for broadband speed @ $60.00 a month unlimted isn't 
too bad. You need to buy one of their Sierra Wireless modems for a couple of hundred 
dollars or go to eBay and pick one up for under $100.00. The other option is T-Mobile. 
The don't advertise this very much, but for $30.00 a month at 56K unlimited is a 
great deal for mail and light surfing. I've used both on my boat and have had no 
problems with either. What you do have to have is cell service available. 

The TV is a little easier. Direct TV with a portable dish or Dish Network. Those are 
the cheapest solutions. Trac Vision is another and I use it on my boat. It is a small 
to midsize dome. The smaller you go, the more expensive. I have seen these on trucks 
and some big SUVs and I am told they are about half of the price of the Marine units. 
They don't have to worry about the protection from a salt environment.
